On a bright Friday afternoon in Los Angeles, we partnered with Bioderma to bring our matcha catering for influencer events to a summer celebration of their iconic H2O Micellar Water. It was a day built around wellness, beauty, and hand-whisked matcha, with the LA sun out and the energy of the city high.

sweat, glow, and a refreshing cool down

The afternoon opened at Silver Springs Studio in West Hollywood with a heated pilates class. After all that movement, the moment called for something cool and restorative. The same way Bioderma's micellar water resets the skin, our Modo Matcha creations offered the cool-down to match, hand-whisked and ready the second guests stepped off the mat.

For this one, we built a custom menu of matcha lattes inspired by Bioderma's micellar water lineup, each drink hand-whisked to order. A creamy double cream top matcha for their Sébium range, a pink berry cream top for Sensibio, and a blueberry cream top for Hydrabio. Watching guests find the drink built for their product was the best part of the day, and a clear show of how versatile matcha can be when it anchors the experience rather than sitting off to the side.
