A Modo Matcha catering experience begins with a turnkey matcha bar: branded, staffed, and ready before your first guest arrives. Every drink for brand activations, corporate events, and weddings is hand whisked to order at the bar, never poured from a batch. Here's a look at what we've built across Los Angeles and Orange County.

Brand Activation Beauty Collab West Hollywood

Benefit × Love Wellness

A Valentine's Day influencer collab between Benefit Cosmetics and Love Wellness at Silver Springs in West Hollywood. Around 90 influencers moved through two heated pilates classes, shade matching with Benefit's new POREfessional foundation, then a post-pilates matcha. We worked through several rounds of ideation and a design brief from the Benefit team to land the menu: the Strawberry Matcha Latte and Coconut Cloud Matcha, both naturally pink, both built for the theme. Branded cart. Branded cups. Both logos. Every drink hand-whisked to order.

Earned outcome

Corporate Event New Hire Welcome Downtown Los Angeles

Grant Thornton

Grant Thornton welcomed a new class of hires on a high floor in downtown Los Angeles, the skyline filling the windows. We brought a fully branded cart and whisked every drink to order, one guest at a time, while the line kept forming. No batching, no urns, no afterthought. A welcome people actually remembered.

Wedding Oceanfront Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles

An Oceanfront Wedding at Bel-Air Bay Club

An oceanfront wedding at Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades. We set a custom cart on the bluff lawn with the Pacific behind it and whisked matcha to order through cocktail hour. There was a shared matcha pour during the vows, matcha and milk meeting in one glass, and guests drank from cups illustrated with the couple. Photography: Ria Georgia.
